Job Summary

Oak Tree Software is looking for a Recruitment Operations & Quality Manager to oversee daily recruiter and team performance, work allocation, quality, and reporting. The role requires robust analytical skills, attention to detail, and hands-on experience managing recruitment operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor individual recruiter and team performance against daily/weekly targets.
- Track Recruitment Lead/Team Lead performance and overall team productivity.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS/performance reports with team-wise analysis.
- Allocate daily requirements, tasks, and priorities across recruiters/teams.
- Conduct regular progress checks and ensure all assigned work is completed before EOD.
- Audit recruiter performance,



submissions, follow-ups, documentation, and process adherence.
- Identify performance gaps and provide actionable insights to improve productivity and quality.
- Maintain accurate records of allocations, submissions, interviews, closures, and KPIs.
- Work closely with Recruitment Leads to ensure operational discipline and target achievement.

Requirements

- 3 - 6+ years of experience in Recruitment/Staffing Operations, Quality, MIS, or Performance Management.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and staffing operations.
- Advanced MS Excel/MIS and reporting skills.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and coordination abilities.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and target-driven.
