Roles and Responsibilities

- Provide high-quality patient care to premature and critically ill newborns in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU).

- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including pediatricians, neonatologists, and other healthcare professionals to develop individualized treatment plans for patients.

- Monitor and interpret vital signs, lab results, and other diagnostic data to identify potential complications or changes in patient condition.

- Perform various medical procedures such as inserting intravenous lines, performing tests like ECG, X-ray etc., administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.

- Maintain accurate records of patient's progress notes, treatment plans and test results.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Diploma of National Board (DNB) preferred but not mandatory.

- B.Sc / D.G.N.M degree from an Indian Nursing Council recognized institution.

- 2-5 years of experience working in a NICU setting with exposure to emergency situations.
