The candidate will be responsible for planning and managing the category to drive sales, profitability, and category growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for product development and timely deliveries.
- Monitor inventory, stock levels, sell-through, and product performance.
- Identify market opportunities and recommend recent products/trends.
- Work closely with design, sourcing, retail, and sales teams.
- Should be able to manage the trims.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Fashion Merchandising.
- Strong knowledge of trends, products, fabrics, and market dynamics.
- Good analytical, negotiation, vendor management, and communication skills.
- Ability to work with sales and inventory data and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong understanding of retail merchandising and category management.
