Job Title: RCM AR Analyst US Healthcare

Registration is mandatory to attend the hiring drive.

We are hiring RCM AR Analysts with 2 to 4.8 years of experience in US Healthcare RCM AR Calling.

Eligibility

- 2 to 4.8 years of experience in US Healthcare RCM, specifically AR Calling
- Experience handling Federal and Commercial insurance payers in a provider setup
- Knowledge of billing scrubbers, clearinghouses, and payer rejections
- Positive understanding of AR scenarios across multiple payers
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Good multitasking skills, including maintaining detailed call notes

Key Responsibilities




- Handle assigned Denied and AR claims and ensure timely resolution.
- Meet defined productivity and quality targets.
- Follow SOPs and internal processes.
- Prioritize claims based on aging, dollar value, and payer.
- Analyze reports to identify bulk claim issues, trends, and root causes.
- Work toward reducing denials and avoiding repetitive follow-ups.

Education Bachelors Degree – Graduation in any stream
