Job Overview

We are hiring professionals for our US Healthcare Medical Billing & Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team. Candidates with experience or interest in Medical Coding, Financial Transactions, and Accounts Receivable (AR) are encouraged to apply.

Open Positions

1. Medical Coder

- Review medical records and assign accurate ICD-10, CPT and HCPCS codes.
- Ensure coding accuracy and compliance with payer guidelines.
- Identify coding errors, missing information and documentation requirements.
- Handle medical coding audits and maintain quality standards.
- Knowledge of US healthcare terminology and coding guidelines is preferred.

- Process and verify healthcare-related financial transactions.
- Handle payment posting, adjustments, refunds and account reconciliation.
- Review patient/insurance account information and ensure transaction accuracy.
- Identify discrepancies and coordinate for timely resolution.
- Maintain accurate records and meet process quality and productivity targets.

- Follow up with insurance companies regarding outstanding claims and payments.

- Meet daily productivity, quality and collection targets.

Candidate Profile

- Graduate in any discipline; relevant healthcare/medical billing experience preferred.
- Freshers with valuable communication skills may be considered for suitable roles.

- Willingness to work in Morning shifts and US shifts/night shifts.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer applications.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with targets.
