Role & responsibilities

- Lead Java/Spring Boot application development and Microservices architecture.

- Integrate AI/ML solutions including LLMs, RAG, and Generative AI capabilities.

- Design scalable cloud-native applications on AWS/Azure/GCP.

- Mentor development teams and drive best coding practices.

- Manage API development, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes deployments.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise-grade solutions.

- Ensure application security, performance, and reliability.

- Evaluate and adopt emerging AI and cloud technologies.

Preferred candidate profile

- 5+ years in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices development.

- 2+ years of Technical Lead experience.

- Experience in Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, LangChain, Spring AI, or OpenAI integration.

- Hands-on AWS/Azure/GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.

- Solid expertise in REST APIs, cloud-native architecture, and system design.

- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and mentoring skills.

- Preferred: Kafka, Vector Databases, Python, and AI/ML certifications.
