Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic IT Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified IT professionals based on client and organizational requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand job requirements and prepare effective sourcing strategies.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, location, notice period, and salary expectations.
- Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate technical/HR interview rounds.
- Maintain a robust candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Negotiate compensation, notice period, and other employment terms with candidates.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and business teams throughout the recruitment process.
- Track candidate status and maintain accurate recruitment records.
- Follow up with selected candidates until joining and ensure smooth onboarding.
- Achieve recruitment targets and meet defined turnaround times.
Required Skills
- 2 - 5 years of experience in IT Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.
- Strong understanding of IT technologies, roles, and skill requirements.
- Hands-on experience with job portals and LinkedIn sourcing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good candidate assessment and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Strong follow-up and stakeholder-management skills.
Preferred
- Experience in end-to-end IT recruitment.
- Experience handling multiple requirements simultaneously.
- Knowledge of recruitment metrics and ATS tools.
- Experience in contract staffing or recruitment consultancy is an added advantage.
