Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Production Machine Operator to join our team. - positions 8 Open

Machine operations: Production Machines, Multislider Machine

Qualifications:

- 10th/12th pass with good maths and basic english OR ITI (Industrial Training Institute) certification in a relevant field.
- Proven experience as a Production Technician in a manufacturing environment will be added advantage.

Key Responsibilities: ITI Fitter / Tool Room

- Perform fitting, assembling, installation, and maintenance of mechanical components, tools, dies, and machines.
- Perform sheet metal die setting, die maintenance, die correction, and tool & die modification as required.




- Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance of machines, tools, dies, and fixtures.
- Read and interpret mechanical drawings, die drawings, dimensions, tolerances, and job specifications.
- Perform drilling, tapping, grinding, filing, deburring, and other fitting operations as required.
- Use and handle Vernier, Micrometer, Dial Gauge, Height Gauge, and other measuring instruments accurately.
- Maintain tool-room 5S, safety, housekeeping, tool/die records, and coordinate with Production and Quality teams for tool and die-related issues.

Working Conditions:

- Workshop/Factory workplace.
- May require standing for long hours and handling machinery.
- Must follow PPE and safety regulations.

EXPERIENCE:-

- Min 1 to 5 years of experience in sheet metal press tool mfg. industry.
- Min ITI fitter, Machinist, Turner.

Salary Range:

- Based on qualification and experience (as per company policy / industry standards).
