We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated IT Recruiter with 2-5 years of experience in IT recruitment, with strong expertise in Contract-to-Hire (C2H) hiring. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing end-to-end IT recruitment and should preferably have worked on hiring requirements for the Cognizant account/client.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT positions across various technologies and experience levels.
- Robust experience in C2H, Contract Staffing, and Permanent hiring.
- Work on high-volume and niche IT requirements.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, employee referrals, job portals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen and evaluate candidates based on technical skills, experience, communication, and job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate technical and client interviews.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of active and relevant candidates.
- Regularly follow up with candidates, interviewers, and internal stakeholders.




- Coordinate with the client hiring team and internal delivery team to ensure smooth recruitment operations.
- Ensure timely submission of suitable profiles as per client requirements and SLA.
- Handle offer coordination, candidate documentation, onboarding, and joining formalities.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and candidate databases.
- Ensure excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.

Mandatory Skills
- 2-5 years of experience in IT Recruitment.
- Strong experience in C2H (Contract-to-Hire) hiring.
- Experience working on Cognizant client/account requirements is mandatory or highly preferred.
- Strong experience in sourcing candidates through Naukri and LinkedIn.
- Good understanding of various IT skills and technologies.
- Experience in end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
- Ability to work on multiple requirements and meet hiring deadlines.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in Contract Staffing / Third-Party Payroll recruitment.
- Experience in high-volume hiring for MNC clients.
- Strong candidate networking and database management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
