Position: IT Recruiter

Experience: 0-1 Years

Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh

Work Mode: On-site

Office: 3rd Floor, Brilliant Platina, Scheme no 78, Vijay nagar, Indore, Madhya Pradesh – 452001

Key Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.

Handle multiple IT requirements.

Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, networking, and other channels.

Understand requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.

Screen, interview, evaluate, and shortlist qualified candidates.

Handle Contract, Contract-to-Hire, and Full-Time hiring.

Support Staff Augmentation and Direct Client Hiring requirements.

Build strong talent pipelines for niche and high-demand skills.

Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, feedback, offer negotiations, and closures.

Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activities in the ATS.





Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience.

Consistently achieve daily and weekly recruitment targets within defined timelines.

What We’re Looking For

0-1 years of recruitment experience

Strong experience in IT Recruitment; Non-IT experience is an added advantage

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong candidate engagement and negotiation skills

Understanding of IT technologies and technical terminology

Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, and other job portals

Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously

Strong follow-up, ownership, and time-management skills

Target-driven and result-oriented approach

Qualified attitude with a strong focus on quality and closures
