Eligibility - Minimum Graduation

Preferred: Teaching/Industry experience 1+ years (Considering Freshers too)

Salary - Rs. 38K to 50k CTC pm ( PF, Medical Insurance)

Key Responsibilities:

A teacher at iTeach Schools wears multiple hats to ensure an excellent education for their students.



The three different parts of the role are:

Teaching your subject (60% time)

- Teach one or two subjects of your expertise to your class
- Conduct regular tests and assessments to monitor learning and give feedback to students
- Build a positive and strong school culture with a focus on learning and joy
- Collaborate with parents of the students through regular meetings to ensure their active involvement

Mentoring students (20% time)

- Mentor nearly 15-20 students throughout the year
- Develop ways to ensure that these students have robust study habits, high attendance, and the drive to excel -

Share these plans with all teachers across the ecosystem Help with school projects (20% time)

- Collaborate with Senior Teachers to implement school projects such as Hobby Clubs, Career Awareness,and Annual

Day, Sports Day, etc
- Use these opportunities to strengthen your leadership skills and mentor new teachers

Prerequisites

- Required: Bachelors Degree with strong academic and holistic performance
- Preferred: B Ed Degree
- Preferred: Teaching experience in a secondary grade for 1-2 years

Compensation and Benefits: We take pride in offering competitive compensation and benefits commensurate with the candidate's education and work experience.
