Job Summary

Digitide Business Solutions is hiring Insurance Sales Executives for a leading Banking / BFSI process in Turbhe, Navi Mumbai.

We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 1 year of experience in Life Insurance or General Insurance sales. Candidates with relevant BFSI Sales, Insurance Sales, or BPO Sales experience are encouraged to apply.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, customer-handling ability, sales aptitude, and experience in achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Sell and promote Life Insurance and General Insurance products to prospective and existing customers.
- Contact customers through voice/calling and other available channels.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance products.
- Explain policy features, benefits, eligibility, premium details, and terms clearly to customers.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into successful insurance customers.
- Follow up with interested customers to maximize sales conversions.
- Achieve assigned sales, revenue, conversion, and productivity targets.
- Handle customer queries related to insurance products and the application process.
- Maintain accurate customer and lead information in the system.
- Ensure proper documentation and adherence to defined sales, quality,



and compliance guidelines.
- Build positive customer relationships and provide a smooth customer experience.

Eligibility Criteria Minimum 1 year of Life Insurance / General Insurance Sales experience Mandatory

BFSI / Banking / Insurance / BPO Sales experience preferred

Experience in Life Insurance or General Insurance is required

Graduate / Undergraduate candidates can apply

Good English communication skills

Versant V5 required

Strong convincing, sales and customer-handling skills

Comfortable working with sales targets and performance metrics

Candidates comfortable working from Turbhe, Navi Mumbai are encouraged to apply

CTC: 32,500 per month
