PROJECT ENGINEERS RESPONSIBILITIES

Understanding the purchase order (PO)

Execute the project as per plan

Site actual measurements taken from customer place

Material Requirement (MR) list preparation

Inspection at supplier place (for AHU, Ducting only)

Pre planning schedule preparation

Design qualification for clean room preparation

Work schedule preparation for each project

MR List & Fabrication materials follow up to production and stores

Materials inspection will be done before dispatch

Inspection report send within 2hours to production and stores for rectification

Receiving the material at site

Installation qualification preparation

Time keep up for site works

Contractor follow up

Unloading arrangements at site

Materials verification at site before start the work

Reporting to stores if materials short supply

Signature get from customer in the DC for received materials

Drawing clarifications given to contractors at the time of installation

Arrange boarding and lodging for contractors

Communication with customer regarding the project works

Monitoring and supervising site activities





Daily work status report send to project coordinator and management by email

Site meeting conduct with contractors

Site documents maintaining (Like schedule, planning, MR List, Drawings, PO, RM List, AC&AHU;

Commissioning report, Daily call report etc)

Project status report send to validation team 4days before for testing

Project handover

Performance qualification get from validation team

Send all the reports to customer after handover

Final/Actual quantity send to admin for invoice/billing through project coordinator

Get installation report from all contractors for payment processing

Materials arrangement at site through stores

Improvement report given to project coordinator

Project analysis report preparation

Meeting conduct with other departments

Co-operate for corrective actions for delayed project

Advance amount settlement as weekly basis

Ticket booking for outstation works

Excess materials return back to stores by logistic or parcel service
