Role & responsibilities

- Design and update job descriptions

- Screen resumes and CVs & Source potential candidates from various Job Portals

- Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates

- Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person)

- Advertise job openings on companys careers page, social media, job boards and internally

- Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers

- Maintain database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects, hired and fired employees, and other designations

- Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and perks

- Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs

- Act as a consultant to new hires and help them with onboarding formalities

Requirements & Skills:

- Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role

- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases

- Experience with sourcing techniques

- Solid verbal and written communication skills

- Any Graduate or relevant qualification in HR
