Role & responsibilities

We are looking for an efficient, responsible and people-oriented Clinic Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of Dermacian Skin & Hair Clinic. The ideal candidate will manage clinic administration, staff, HR, patient coordination and operational efficiency while ensuring a professional and welcoming patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Clinic Operations: Manage daily clinic functioning, appointments, front desk, patient flow, housekeeping and overall discipline.
- Team Management: Supervise receptionists, therapists, technicians and support staff; allocate duties and monitor performance.
- HR: Recruitment, onboarding, attendance, leave management, staff records, payroll coordination, training and performance reviews.
- Patient Management: Ensure smooth patient communication, appointment coordination, follow-ups and excellent patient experience.
- Billing & Administration: Monitor billing, cash/UPI collections, daily reports, expenses and basic administrative documentation.
- Inventory & Procurement: Monitor clinic supplies, medicines, consumables and products; coordinate purchases and maintain adequate stock.
- Doctor Coordination: Coordinate schedules, treatment room readiness, procedures and day-to-day requirements of doctors.
- SOP & Compliance: Implement clinic protocols,



hygiene standards, documentation and operational checklists.
- Vendor Management: Coordinate with vendors, service providers and external agencies.
- Business Support: Track basic clinic performance, identify operational gaps and assist doctors/management in improving efficiency and revenue.
- Reporting: Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports related to appointments, collections, staff attendance, inventory and clinic operations.

Preferred candidate profile : We are looking for someone who is:

- Excellent in communication, leadership and people management
- Highly organised and capable of multitasking
- Proactive, responsible and solution-oriented
- Comfortable handling staff and difficult situations professionally
- Good with Excel/Google Sheets, billing software and basic computer applications
- Presentable, skilled and patient-friendly
- Experience in a dermatology, aesthetic, healthcare, hospital, clinic, salon or wellness setup will be an advantage.
