Job Summary

Digitide Business Solutions is hiring Gold Loan / Loan Process Executives for a leading Banking / BFSI process at Turbhe, Navi Mumbai.

Candidates with 1+ year of experience in any loan process are eligible to apply. Gold Loan experience is an advantage, but candidates with experience in Personal Loan, Home Loan, Business Loan, LAP, Auto Loan, Loan Sales, Loan Operations or other banking loan processes can also apply.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, customer-handling ability, and a strong understanding of loan processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer interactions related to Gold Loan and banking loan products.
- Explain loan products, eligibility, documentation, process, and other relevant details to customers.
- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate information regarding loan applications.
- Follow up with prospective customers and support lead conversion and loan processing.
- Generate and/or follow up on leads as per assigned process requirements.
- Achieve assigned sales, conversion, service, and productivity targets.
- Collect and verify required customer information and documents.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing of customer loan applications.
- Maintain accurate customer and application records.




- Ensure adherence to defined banking processes, quality standards, and compliance guidelines.
- Provide professional customer service throughout the loan journey.

Eligibility Criteria Minimum 1 year of experience in any loan process Mandatory

Gold Loan experience will be an advantage

Experience in Personal Loan / Home Loan / Business Loan / LAP / Auto Loan / Loan Sales / Loan Operations is acceptable

Graduate / Undergraduate candidates can apply

Positive English communication skills

Versant V5 required

Valuable customer-handling and convincing skills

Comfortable working in a target-oriented banking/BFSI environment

Candidates comfortable working from Turbhe, Navi Mumbai are encouraged to apply.
