Role & Responsibilities

- Drive overall branch business growth and achieve targets across CASA, Assets, Insurance, Investments, and other banking products.

- Lead customer acquisition, relationship management, and portfolio growth initiatives.

- Manage, guide, and motivate branch sales and service teams to achieve business objectives.

- Ensure excellent customer service standards and enhance customer satisfaction levels.

- Monitor branch productivity, sales performance, and operational efficiency.

- Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities within the existing customer base.

- Conduct regular customer meetings, branch campaigns, and market visits for business generation.

- Maintain strong relationships with high-value customers and key local influencers.

- Ensure adherence to KYC, AML, audit, compliance, and regulatory requirements.

- Handle customer escalations and ensure timely resolution of complaints.

- Support branch operations, cash management, and process governance as per bank policies.

- Prepare and review branch MIS, performance reports, and action plans for business growth.





- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth customer onboarding and service delivery.

- Recruit, train, and develop team members to build a high-performance culture.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM preferred.

- 4 to 10 years of experience in Banking, Financial Services, or BFSI sector.

- Experience in branch banking, team handling, sales, and relationship management.

- Strong knowledge of banking products including CASA, Loans, Wealth, Insurance, and Investments.

- Proven track record of achieving business, revenue, and branch growth targets.

- Excellent leadership, team management, and coaching skills.

- Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.

- Customer-focused with robust problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

- Good understanding of branch operations, compliance, and risk management practices.

- Proficient in MS Office and digital banking platforms.

- Self-driven, result-oriented, and capable of working in a target-driven environment.
