Role - Consultant HR Services

As a Consultant HR Services, you will be responsible for :-

- Champion global HR operations for prestigious international clients, balancing global consistency with local flair to ensure top-tier service delivery.
- Be the voice of HR for our employees, solving queries with empathy, accuracy, and a commitment to speedy resolutions.
- Drive excellence by smashing service level targets (SLAs) and productivity goals, always keeping quality at the forefront.
- Uphold our gold standard of compliance and governance, ensuring every transaction is secure, secure, and seamless.
- Act as a trusted advisor to global HR teams, supporting diverse stakeholders across various time zones and cultures.
- Master day-to-day operations, ensuring that both global standard procedures and unique country requirements are perfectly executed.
- Grow into a Subject Matter Expert (SME), tackling complex cases and providing strategic insights to our leadership team.




- Collaborate with global partners to identify ways to simplify, standardize, and innovate our HR services.
- Curate our knowledge libraries, keeping SOPs fresh and up-to-date with the latest regulatory and system changes.
- Manage the employee lifecycle with precision in our HRIS systems, ensuring every record is accurate and compliant.
- Protect data privacy and statutory obligations, serving as a gatekeeper for internal controls and audit standards.
- Spot opportunities for automation and efficiency, helping us build a smarter, faster HR organization.
- Analyze trends and service metrics to tell a story with data, highlighting wins and areas for growth to our leaders.
- Be an essential team player, contributing to global projects and transition activities that redefine how we work.
- Support exciting HR transformation initiatives, from system rollouts to optimizing global services for a modern workforce.
