Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls related to insurance products and services.

- Assist customers with policy-related queries, claim status updates, and service requests.

- Provide accurate information and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

- Maintain records of customer interactions and update the system accordingly.

- Coordinate with internal teams for query resolution and follow-up.

Required Skills & Experience:

- Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.

- Prior experience in the Insurance Industry is mandatory.

- Experience in a Voice Process is mandatory.

- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to handle customer queries professionally and efficiently.

- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems.
