Job Summary

Digitide Business Solutions is hiring Demat Account Sales Executives for a leading Banking / BFSI process in Turbhe, Navi Mumbai.

We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 1 year of experience in Demat Account Sales, BFSI Sales, Banking Sales, or BPO Sales. The ideal candidate should have robust communication skills, sales ability, and experience in customer acquisition and product pitching.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads and acquire new customers for Demat Account opening.
- Contact potential customers through voice/calling and other available channels.
- Explain Demat Account features, benefits, eligibility, and account-opening process.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into successful account openings.
- Achieve assigned sales, conversion, and customer acquisition targets.
- Handle customer queries related to Demat Accounts and the onboarding process.
- Maintain accurate customer and lead information in the system.
- Follow defined sales processes, quality standards, and compliance guidelines.




- Build positive customer relationships and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

Eligibility Criteria Minimum 1 year of sales experience

Demat Account Sales experience preferred / relevant

BFSI / Banking / BPO Sales experience considered

Graduate / Undergraduate candidates can apply

Good English communication skills

Versant V5 required

Strong convincing and customer-handling skills

Target-oriented and comfortable with sales responsibilities

Candidates comfortable working from Turbhe, Navi Mumbai are encouraged to apply.

CTC: 32,500 per month

In-Hand: 26,800 per month
