WE RE HIRING – CUSTOMER SUPPORT EXECUTIVE

Beauty & Wellness | CRM Department

Location: 64, Okhla Industrial Estate, Phase 3, New Delhi – 110020

Walk-In Drive: 2nd – 5th September 2026

Working Hours: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM

Weekly Off: One rotational week off between Monday–Thursday

Friday, Saturday & Sunday are working days

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to join our CRM team. The role involves handling customer inquiries, appointment bookings, complaint resolution, and ensuring an excellent client experience across all communication channels.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries via calls, emails, chats, and social media.
- Schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments efficiently.
- Explain services, packages, promotions, and membership benefits accurately.
- Handle complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.
- Upsell and cross-sell relevant beauty and wellness services.
- Maintain accurate customer records, feedback, and follow-up details.
- Coordinate with clinic teams to ensure smooth customer service.
- Achieve KPIs such as response time,



appointment conversion, customer satisfaction, and sales conversion.

Candidate Profile
- Graduate or equivalent qualification.
- Prior experience in customer support, CRM, hospitality, telesales, or beauty & wellness preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Robust customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable using CRM software and appointment booking tools.
- Good sales orientation with upselling and cross-selling skills.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
