- Controlling the branch GWO and improvising the collection month on month
Tracing of skip /migrated customers
- Addressing customer queries
- Educating customer about payment on time, Importance of Credit score and servicing of loan
- Receipt issuance and management
- Customer trail updating on system
- Contact point validation of high value accounts
Preferred candidate profile Minimum 6 months for Experience and Fresher Any Degree only.
