About the Role
Corazon Homes Pvt. Ltd. is looking for energetic, target-oriented and customer-focused Business Development Executives to join our growing real-estate sales team in Pune.
The role involves handling prospective customers, following up on leads, understanding their property requirements, arranging and conducting site visits, presenting suitable projects, and converting opportunities into successful sales.

What You Will Do
- Generate and handle sales opportunities through company-generated and self-generated leads.
- Connect with prospective customers and understand their property requirements.
- Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp and regular customer interactions.
- Recommend suitable properties based on customer budget and requirements.
- Schedule and conduct property site visits.
- Explain project details, pricing, payment plans and available options.
- Build strong relationships with customers and maintain regular follow-ups.
- Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
- Negotiate and close property sales while achieving monthly targets.
- Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, site visits and conversions.
Who We Are Looking For
- Candidates with 6 months to 2 years of experience in Real Estate Sales.
- Prior experience in Real Estate is mandatory.
- Graduate candidates from any discipline can apply.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good customer-handling, negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Target-oriented with a positive and proactive attitude.
- Comfortable interacting with customers and conducting property site visits.
- Good command of English, Hindi and Marathi is preferred.
- Candidates who are confident, ambitious and passionate about real-estate sales are encouraged to apply.
