Role & responsibilities

1. Social Media Management

- Manage Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.

- Create and post educational content about IVF, fertility, infertility, IUI, egg freezing, and related services.

- Plan monthly content calendars.

- Create reels, posts, stories, and awareness campaigns.

- Coordinate with doctors and embryologists for educational content.

1. Lead Generation

- Generate potential patient inquiries through digital campaigns.

- Run and monitor Google Ads and social media ads.

- Target relevant locations and audiences.

- Track cost per lead and lead quality.

- Work with the counseling/calling team to improve lead conversion.

1. Lead Management & Follow-Up Coordination

- Ensure digital leads are properly recorded in the CRM or lead management system.

- Coordinate with the calling and counseling team.





- Track lead status from inquiry to consultation and treatment.

- Identify reasons for lost or unconverted leads.

1. Campaign Planning

Plan campaigns for

- IVF and fertility awareness

- Free or paid consultations

- Fertility check-up programs

- Seminars and awareness camps

- Special location-based campaigns

1. Performance Analysis & Reporting

Prepare regular reports on

- Number of leads generated

- Source of leads

- Cost per lead

- Website traffic

- Social media growth and engagement

- Appointment bookings

- Lead-to-consultation conversion
