Classroom and Studio Management: Maintain a safe, organized, and supportive learning environment. Manage student behavior, ensure proper use of materials,

Curriculum and Program Development: Assist in designing or updating curriculum, plan class activities, and adapt lessons to meet the needs of diverse learners.

Exhibitions and Showcases: Organize displays, exhibitions,



or presentations of student work to celebrate achievements and foster a sense of accomplishment

Collaboration and Communication: Work with colleagues, parents, and administrators to support student progress. Provide feedback, assess student performance, and maintain records of participation and skill development

Career development: Stay updated on new art techniques, teaching methods, and educational trends.
