Capita is hiring for 6 months Apprenticeship Training Program (HR - L&D;) in Pune

We are seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented Apprentice Trainees to join our Learning & Development team as Assessors. The role involves supporting training assessments, evaluating learner performance and maintaining assessment records. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates looking to build a career in Learning & Development, Training Operations, or Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct assessments for trainees and learners as per defined evaluation criteria.
- Review and evaluate learner assignments, activities, and performance.
- Assist in monitoring training effectiveness and learner progress.
- Maintain accurate records of assessments, scores, and feedback.

Required Skills & Eligibility Criteria

- Graduate in any discipline. (No diploma, B.E & B.Tech candidate)
- Freshers only.




- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Solid attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to learn and work in a collaborative environment.
- Candidate must be currently in Pune
- Immediate joining only.
- Candidate must have a bank account

Stipend:

- Up to INR 14,000 per month for Graduates
- INR 12,000 per month for Undergraduate.

Work Schedule:

- 5 days Working - UK Shift
