Job Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and provide excellent customer service.
- Serve food and beverages in a professional and courteous manner.
- Take customer orders accurately and ensure timely service.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of dining and lounge areas.
- Assist in setting up and clearing tables.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by responding promptly to requests and inquiries.
- Follow hygiene, safety, and hospitality standards at all times.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience as a Waiter or Waitress in a hotel, restaurant, caf, resort, or airport lounge.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Pleasant personality with a customer-service attitude.
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Team player with a professional appearance and positive attitude
