l Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a qualified manner l Operate CNC VTL machines with FANUC control for heavy and large-size components.

l Read and understand 2D NC programs using FANUC control.

l Perform machine setup for heavy jobs on 34 meter turning tables.

l Carry out various turning and milling processes as per drawing and process requirements.

l Select and use appropriate turning tools and inserts based on the machine process and material.

l Select and use appropriate milling tools based on the machining operation and process requirements.

l Read and understand 2D engineering drawings, dimensions, tolerances, and basic machining symbols.

l Perform in-process and final dimensional inspection using measuring instruments.





l Handle precision measuring instruments such as OD and ID micrometers up to 2 meters.

l Monitor machining parameters and ensure components are produced as per required specifications.

l Perform basic troubleshooting related to machining, tooling, and setup.

l Maintain proper machine setup, tooling, measuring instruments, and workplace safety standards.

Record and maintain basic production and inspection-related information using MS Office. Role & responsibilities
