Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)-

Must-Have-

- Minimum 4 years of hands-on Vmware vSphere Management with Admin (Technical) Skills
- Knowledge of overall IT Architecture, Performance Tunning & High Availability.

Expertise in VCF vSphere Platform Good-to-Have-

Knowledge of Servers, Storage, Linux, Network, PostgreSQL, EDB, Kubernetes, OCP & Banking Domain

Readiness to work in 24x7 environment

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

_Key responsibilities_

- Design, deploy, and operate VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) environments alongside traditional vSphere stacks (vCenter, ESXi).
- Build and maintain vSphere clusters, vSAN storage, and NSX networking, ensuring highavailability and performance.
- Automate routine tasks with PowerCLI or other scripts; IaC tools like Terraform/Ansible are a plus .




- Troubleshoot complex virtualization issues and provide clientfacing updates.

- Scripting/automation (PowerCLI, Terraform, Ansible).
- Robust problemsolving and communication abilities.
- VMware certifications such as VCPDCV,vcf,vsphere VCAP, or VCFspecific tracks .

_Work environment_
- Based in mumbai, must join within 30 days (notice period 30 days).
- Fulltime role with a focus on productiongrade VCF deployments.

Requirement and skills- _Required experience_

- 36 years handson with VMware technologies (vSphere, vCenter, ESXi).
- Solid grasp of VCF architecture and its components (SDDC Manager, workload domains, NSX).
- Familiarity with compute, storage, and networking concepts in virtualized data centers.
- Exposure to hybrid cloud integrations (e.g., VMware on AWS, Azure VMware Solution) is desirable.
