Role Description The Voice Process Customer Support role is a full time, on-site position based in Gurgaon. In this role, the team member will handle inbound and outbound calls, respond to customer queries, and provide clear, accurate information about products, services, or processes. Daily activities include documenting interactions in the system, resolving basic technical or account-related issues, and escalating complex problems to the appropriate internal teams.

The role involves maintaining a professional tone, following scripted or standardized responses when required, and adhering to quality and compliance guidelines.



The individual will work closely with colleagues and supervisors to meet service level targets, improve customer satisfaction, and contribute to continuous process enhancement.

Qualifications

- Strong Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills, with the ability to manage inquiries and complaints calmly and professionally.
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills, including explicit verbal communication, active listening, and a courteous, service-focused approach.
- Ability to provide Technical Support for basic issues, with comfort in using computer systems, CRM tools, and call-handling software.
- Analytical Skills to understand customer needs, identify root causes of issues, and suggest practical solutions or workarounds.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi speaking skills, with clear pronunciation and confidence on calls.
- Previous experience in voice process, call center, or customer support roles is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work in office in Gurgaon, follow shift schedules, and maintain punctuality and reliability.
- Minimum educational qualification of high school diploma or equivalent; further education in business, communication, or related fields is an advantage.
