Why this role exists:

Content creation today is about creativity and taste more than anything else. The hard-skill requirement to make content is nearly zero, especially at EduLevel, because our in-house AI content engine handles the execution. We let our creativity and taste guide it.

This approach has taken @edulevel.ai to 200K followers on Instagram, growing 3x month on month. Our reels regularly cross 1M views, and the best ones have crossed 2M. We want someone who can keep that curve bending upward.

Role description:

This is a full-time Visual Storyteller role focused on faceless content. You'll own the visual side of EduLevel's Instagram end to end: deciding what a reel should look like, feel like, and move like, then directing our AI content engine to produce it. No camera, no face, no hour-long raw footage. Your job is the idea, the visual language, and the taste that makes a student stop scrolling.

You'll craft a hook or a script and turn it into a visual concept: the characters, the style, the pacing, the text on screen,



the moment the twist lands. You'll prompt, iterate, and refine until it's right, then watch the numbers (views, shares, saves, follows) and use them to decide what to make next. This is a high-ownership, high-impact role where your work goes live quick and the results are visible immediately.

What you'll do:

- Concept and direct faceless reels for students in Classes 6 to 10 using our AI content engine
- Develop a consistent, recognisable visual style for the channel (animated, illustrated, stickman, cinematic, meme, whatever works and keeps working)
- Turn scripts and hooks into storyboards and visual sequences that hold attention for the full 30 to 60 seconds
- Use tools like ChatGPT, image and video generation models, and our internal pipeline to go from idea to finished reel quickly
- Study what performs on our channel and across Instagram, and iterate on formats based on data
- Ship multiple reels a week and own their performance

Who we're looking for:

- Deep interest and proven expertise in visual art of any sort: illustration, animation, design, comics, motion graphics, photography, film, memes. The medium matters less than your eye
- A strong sense of taste. You can tell why one frame works and another doesn't, and you can explain it
- Already uses ChatGPT or similar tools, and is curious about what's coming next
- A sharp instinct for what makes Reels go viral: hooks, pacing, retention, on-screen text, and trending formats
- Has an itch to prove something to the world and wants a place where the results of your work are public and immediate
- Has made things people have actually seen: a personal page, a portfolio, freelance work, college fest content, anything (show us!)
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability
- No video editing or software skills required. We care about your creativity and output, not your toolset

Qualifications:

A strong portfolio, Instagram page, or body of visual work matters more than your degree.
