A. Job purpose: To translate scientific, marketing, and brand objectives into clear, accurate, and visually consistent designs across digital, print, and e-commerce platforms. The role exists to ensure Elume’scommunication is visually robust, brand-aligned, and execution-ready while supporting PMT, Marketing, Sales, and Leadership teams with timely, high-quality creatives

B. Key Role tasks

Digital & Social Media Design Create social media creatives: static posts, carousels, story assets. Produce website banners, digital ads, and campaign visuals Design presentation decks and internal communication visuals

E-Commerce Marketplace Creative Development

- Design Amazon/Nykaa/Flipkart A+ content, infographic panels, and listing images
- Build product comparison layouts, feature highlight graphics, and storefront banners

Print Collaterals

- Develop brochures, product detailers, posters, visual aids, and clinic-distribution materials
- Prepare print-ready files, ensuring colour accuracy, bleeds, margins, and vendor specifications

Scientific & PMT Visual Support





- Convert PMT scientific inputs into ingredient visuals, mechanisms of action diagrams, and claim graphics.
- Create structured before–after layouts aligned to clinical study guidelines

Brand Consistency & Quality Assurance

- Maintain strict adherence to Elume’s brand guidelines across all visuals.
- Ensure uniformity in typography, colours, spacing, and visual hierarchy.
- Deliver revisions accurately and quickly based on structured feedback
- Ability to independently create clean, professional layouts for social media, print, and digital.

Motion Graphics, Video Editing & 3D Render, AI Platforms – will give preference (good to have but not critical)

- Perform basic editing in Premiere Pro (cuts, subtitles, sequences).
- Create simple motion graphics/animations using After Effects
- Produce product mockups and rendered visuals using 3ds Max or mockup tools
- Knowledge & prompting techniques on AI to generate ready to use visuals and images for online platforms
