Role Description The Visa Counselor is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi. This role involves guiding clients through the complete visa process for various countries, including explaining requirements, collecting documentation, and assisting with application forms.

The Visa

Counselor reviews documents for accuracy, coordinates with consulates or visa centers, tracks application status, and keeps clients informed of progress and any additional requirements. Daily responsibilities also include maintaining up-to-date knowledge of visa regulations, responding to client inquiries,



and collaborating with travel and corporate teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of international visa procedures, documentation requirements, and basic immigration guidelines.
- Proficiency in client-facing activities, including clear communication, listening skills, and professional customer service.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills for reviewing forms, verifying documents, and managing multiple applications.
- Ability to use office productivity tools and online visa application portals efficiently.
- Prior experience in travel agencies, visa processing, or corporate travel management is highly beneficial.
- Valuable spoken and written English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
- Capability to work on-site in New Delhi, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Minimum of a relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in travel, hospitality, business, or a related field preferred.
