Key Responsibilities

- Counsel clients regarding visa, immigration, PR, and work permit options.
- Understand clients’ profiles, requirements, and eligibility.
- Provide accurate information about visa processes, documentation, timelines, and requirements.
- Follow up with leads and prospective clients regularly.
- Convert leads into successful sales and achieve assigned monthly targets.
- Maintain proper records of client interactions, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Coordinate with the visa filing/processing team for smooth case handling.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Handle client queries professionally and resolve concerns promptly.
- Stay updated with changes in immigration rules, visa requirements, and processes.




- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the consultation process.

Requirements
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience as a Visa Counselor/Immigration Counselor.
- Experience in Canada, Australia, UK, USA, or other immigration/visa services will be preferred.
- Strong knowledge of visa and immigration processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and sales skills.
- Target-oriented with a proven ability to achieve sales goals.
- Valuable follow-up and client-handling skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
