About Trippo Travels & The Role

​Planning an international trip should be exciting, not stressful—and that is where you come in. At Trippo Travels, we are looking for a sharp, dependable Visa Consultant to join our Delhi office. In this role, you will be our travelers’ trusted guide through the complex world of visas, ensuring their documentation is rock-solid and their journey starts without a hitch.

​What You’ll Be Doing

​Guide Travelers End-to-End: Walk clients through visa options, paperwork, timelines, and requirements across key destinations (Schengen, UK, US, Canada, Australia, Southeast Asia, and more).

​Own the Paperwork: Review financial records, cover letters, and flight/hotel itineraries with a fine-tooth comb to ensure zero embassy rejections or avoidable delays.

​Handle the Submissions: Fill out application forms accurately, lock in VFS/embassy biometric slots, and track application progress from submission to passport return.

​Prep & Reassure:



Coach travelers for visa interviews when needed and keep them updated every step of the way so they never have to chase for status.

​Stay Ahead of Changes: Keep a pulse on evolving embassy rules, visa quota changes, and travel advisories.

​Keep Systems Clean: Maintain organized digital records and client files across our internal workflows.

​What We’re Looking For

​Experience: 1–4 years handling outbound visas at a travel agency, destination management company, or visa consultancy.

​Destination Know-How: Solid hands-on familiarity with major embassy portals, appointment systems, and documentation standards.

​Communication: Explicit, empathetic communication in both Hindi and English—you know how to put anxious travelers at ease.

​Meticulous Eye: An instinct for catching small discrepancies in documents before an embassy officer does.

​Tech-Savvy: Comfortable navigating CRM platforms, Excel/Sheets, and portal workflows smoothly.
