Key Responsibilities:
- Call customers through Digital & Marketing-generated leads.
- Understand customer requirements and explain suitable loan products.
- Convert raw leads into qualified leads.
- Follow up with interested customers and assign qualified leads to the Sales Team for closure.
- Achieve calling, lead conversion and business targets.
