Payroll: Kotak Mahindra Bank – On-Roll

Eligibility:

- Graduate
- Male/Female candidates with banking sales experience
- Freshers not eligible
- Age: 20–31 years
- Excellent English communication skills
- Valuable mathematical/calculation skills
- BPO calling experience preferred
- No employment gap of more than 6 months

Job Responsibilities:

- Outbound calling for Kotak 811 and banking products
- Explain product features and digital banking services
- Lead generation and customer acquisition
- Achieve sales targets and conduct regular follow-ups
- Maintain customer records and data

Salary: Fixed Salary + Attractive Incentives Shift: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Weekly Offs: 6 days off/month – 4 Sundays + 2 Saturdays
