Role Description The Visa Consultant role is a full-time hybrid position based in Hyderabad, with some flexibility for work from home.

The Visa

Consultant will guide clients through visa and immigration processes, including assessing eligibility, explaining requirements, and outlining documentation needs.

Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing application forms, compiling supporting documents, and ensuring compliance with relevant immigration regulations. The role involves maintaining accurate case records, tracking application progress, and providing timely updates to clients.

Consultant will also coordinate with consulates, embassies, and other authorities as needed, while delivering clear, qualified communication through in-person meetings, phone, email,



and online channels.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong knowledge of Immigration and Immigration Issues, with the ability to interpret and apply relevant policies and procedures.

- Candidates should possess expertise in Visas, including different categories, requirements, and application processes for major destination countries.

- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Consulting skills to clearly advise clients, manage expectations, and build professional relationships.

- Candidates should possess solid organizational and documentation skills, including attention to detail, time management, and the ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously.

- Relevant experience in visa or immigration consulting, travel services, or a related field is preferred.

- Proficiency with common office software and online application portals is beneficial.

- A bachelor’s degree in any discipline is preferred; additional certifications in immigration or international studies are an advantage.

- Ability to work ethically with confidential information and adhere to regulatory and company guidelines.
