Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage Bancassurance channel sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to increase revenue growth.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with bank partners to drive business opportunities through joint marketing initiatives.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of insurance products into banking services.

- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform product development and pricing strategies.

- Provide training and support to bank staff on insurance products, policies, and procedures.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 1-5 years of experience in Bancassurance Sales or related field (Insurance/Life Insurance).

- Solid understanding of bancassurance industry dynamics, including regulations and best practices.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for effective relationship-building with banks and customers.

- Ability to analyze data-driven insights from MIS reports to optimize sales performance.
