- Legal & Empirical Research: Deep dive into current mediation frameworks, judicial trends, and the statutory landscape governing conflict resolution in India.
- Promotional Outreach: Draft and assist with content aimed at expanding awareness of out-of-court settlement mechanisms.
- Surveys & Court Visits: Conduct field studies, court visit observations, or specialized surveys to map practical challenges in mediation adoption.
