Job Summary We are looking for an experienced VMC &

- HMC Programmer / Setter who can independently handle CNC programming, machine setting, tooling selection and production machining. The candidate should have good knowledge of CNC programming, engineering drawings, cutting parameters, fixture setting and quality requirements. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, edit and optimize VMC &
- HMC CNC programs . Create and modify programs using G-Code and M-Code . Set and operate VMC/HMC machines as per engineering drawings and production requirements. Perform machine setting, fixture setting and tool setting. Set tool offsets, work offsets and wear offsets . Select suitable cutting tools, inserts and machining parameters. Optimize speed, feed and depth of cut for better productivity and tool life. Read and understand engineering drawings, tolerances and GD&T; . Conduct first-piece inspection and ensure dimensional accuracy. Identify and troubleshoot machining problems such as tool breakage, vibration, dimensional variation and poor surface finish.



Modify programs to improve cycle time, quality and productivity . Coordinate with Production, Quality and Maintenance teams. Maintain CNC programs, setup sheets, tool lists and other production records. Ensure machines and work areas are maintained according to 5S, safety and quality requirements . Follow company safety procedures and PPE requirements. Support continuous improvement and productivity enhancement activities.
