Job Summary

Mergen Infotech is looking for a creative and experienced Videographer & Video Editor to produce professional video content for our in-house projects. The ideal candidate should independently plan and execute video shoots and transform raw footage into polished, engaging content.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, shoot, and edit videos for in-house projects, promotional campaigns, websites, advertisements, and social media.
- Independently manage cameras, lighting, audio equipment, framing, and shoot setups.
- Transform raw footage into professional and engaging videos.
- Add transitions, graphics, subtitles, background music, sound effects, and motion graphics.
- Perform colour correction, colour grading, and audio enhancement.
- Create Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, promotional videos, social media ads, and corporate content.
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to understand project requirements.
- Manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality content within deadlines.
- Organise raw footage, edited videos,



and other creative assets.
- Stay updated with current video trends, editing techniques, and social media formats.

Required Skills

- Minimum 2+ years of professional experience in videography and video editing.
- Robust knowledge of video shooting, lighting, framing, composition, and audio recording.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
- Good understanding of motion graphics, colour grading, sound design, and visual storytelling.
- Ability to independently manage the complete process—from planning and shooting to final delivery.
- Strong creativity, attention to detail, and time-management skills.
- Willingness to work from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM.

Preferred Skills

- Experience creating videos for brands, corporate projects, social media, and digital marketing campaigns.
- Basic photography and graphic-design skills.
- Familiarity with Canva, Photoshop, or similar creative tools.
