Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic AI Artist to join our team on site in Dadar West. This role focuses on generating and refining shots for our short form anime series using AI video and image models. You will work closely with our core production team to turn scripts and design sheets into finished, on model shots.

Key Responsibilities

Generate anime shots from scripts, storyboards, and character design sheets, from first pass to final delivery.

Write and iterate precise generation and edit prompts for character swaps, wardrobe changes, setting replacements, and VFX elements, holding performance, timing, and art style consistent across a series.

Produce and maintain character, wardrobe, and environment reference sheets so designs stay on model shot to shot.

Diagnose failed generations such as identity drift, style drift, or broken lip sync, and fix them by targeted prompt revision rather than re rolling blindly.

Organize project files, follow internal production workflows, and deliver polished output on tight turnarounds.

Collaborate effectively with team members and incorporate feedback smoothly into revisions.

Requirements & Qualifications

Experience: 6 months to 1 year of hands on work with generative image and video tools in a production setting.



Driven freshers with a strong grasp of composition, lighting, and character consistency and a solid portfolio are also welcome to apply.

Software: High proficiency with generative video models such as Seedance, Kling, or Veo is required. Working knowledge of image generation tools and Photoshop expected. After Effects is a strong bonus.

Filmmaking Knowledge: A working understanding of shot flow and edit flow: how coverage cuts together, how eyelines and screen direction hold across a sequence, how shot size and pacing carry a scene, and how one shot hands off to the next. You should be able to look at a generated shot and tell whether it cuts.

Communication: Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, to understand briefs and collaborate seamlessly.

Work Setup & Location: Full time, Work from Office role based out of our studio in Dadar West, Mumbai.

Schedule: Monday to Saturday.

Selection Process: Candidates will be required to visit our studio for a 1 day in person trial before final onboarding, generating a short sequence from our design sheets.

- Portfolio: A showreel or portfolio link demonstrating AI generated character or narrative work.
