Role Description This is a full-time Video Producer role based in New Delhi with a hybrid work model, allowing some work-from-home flexibility.

The Video

Producer will manage projects from brief to final delivery, coordinating with clients and internal teams to translate complex ideas into clear video narratives. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing concepts and scripts, planning shoots, overseeing production schedules and budgets, and guiding creative direction on set.



The role involves supervising motion graphics, animation, editing, and post-production workflows to ensure timely, high-quality output.

The Video

Producer will also review cuts, provide feedback, and ensure that all videos align with client goals, brand guidelines, and performance objectives.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Video Production, including planning, scripting, scheduling, and on-set coordination.
- Proficiency in Video Editing and Video Post-Production, with ability to manage timelines, revisions, and final delivery.
- Experience with Motion Graphics and Multimedia content creation for digital and enterprise audiences.
- Familiarity with industry-standard editing and motion tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve).
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex products or ideas into transparent, engaging visual stories.
- Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, collaborating in-office in New Delhi and remotely as needed.
- Relevant education or training in film, media, communication, or a related field is preferred.
