You will interact with customers over video calls and assist with the customer verification and KYC process. The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, accuracy, and a qualified approach to customer interactions.

- Comfortable interacting with customers over video calls
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with digital platforms
- Candidates with experience in KYC, customer service, banking, NBFC, fintech, verification or BPO processes are welcome
- Comfortable working from the office in Andheri East, Mumbai
• Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹32,000 per month (in-hand)
