- Edit Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, promotional videos, advertisements and corporate videos.

- Create engaging short-form videos using trending formats, transitions, effects, captions and music.

- Add motion graphics, text animations, sound effects and brand elements.

- Edit AI-generated videos and enhance them for social media platforms.

- Create videos according to different brand guidelines and campaign requirements.

- Repurpose existing content into multiple social media formats.

- Ensure videos are optimized for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and other platforms.

Social Media Management

- Manage and maintain social media accounts for OM Enterprises and its associated brands.

- Plan and execute daily/weekly social media content.

- Create and maintain content calendars.

- Research trending topics, hashtags, sounds, formats and content ideas.

- Schedule and publish posts, reels and stories.

- Monitor comments, messages and audience engagement.

- Track social media performance and prepare basic performance reports.

- Stay updated with the latest social media trends and algorithm changes.

Content & Creative Support





- Work closely with the graphic design, marketing and content teams.

- Convert marketing ideas into engaging visual/video content.

- Suggest new creative concepts and campaigns.

- Participate in brainstorming sessions for reels, advertisements and promotional campaigns.

- Maintain consistency in branding, fonts, colors, tone and visual identity.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop or similar editing tools.

- Positive understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and Facebook videos.

- Knowledge of motion graphics and basic animation.

- Understanding of social media trends and content strategy.

- Good sense of timing, storytelling, music selection and visual aesthetics.

- Ability to create engaging hooks within the first few seconds of a video.

- Basic knowledge of social media analytics and insights.

- Good communication and organizational skills.

- Ability to manage multiple brands and deadlines simultaneously.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
