We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our growing media & content team.
If you enjoy storytelling through videos, understand social media trends, and love experimenting with AI-powered creative tools, we’d love to hear from you!
? What We’re Looking For• Solid video editing skills for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts & social media content
• Good knowledge of Premiere Pro / DaVinci Resolve / Final Cut Pro / CapCut or similar tools
- Experience with AI video, image, voice & editing tools
• Good understanding of Instagram and YouTube content trends
• Ability to create engaging hooks, transitions, captions, graphics and short-form storytelling
• Excellent knowledge of Odia language is highly preferred
- Knowledge of Odisha’s history, culture, politics and current affairs will be an added advantage
- Strong sense of visual storytelling, pacing and music selection
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Creativity and willingness to experiment with new formats and technologies
? Your Responsibilities? Edit short-form videos, reels and other digital content
✂️ Create engaging cuts, transitions, subtitles and motion graphics
? Explore and incorporate AI tools into the content production workflow
? Adapt content for different social media platforms
? Work with the content/research team to convert ideas and scripts into compelling videos
? Stay updated with emerging social media and video trends
