Role Description The Video Editor role at Lintcloud is a full-time, on-site position based in Tirunelveli. This role involves editing raw footage into polished videos, including cutting, sequencing, and adding transitions to create clear and engaging narratives.

The Video

Editor will perform color grading, sound syncing, and basic audio adjustments to enhance overall production quality. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with creative and marketing teams, integrating motion graphics and visual elements, organizing and managing media assets, and preparing final deliverables suitable for various platforms.



The person in this role will also contribute ideas for video concepts and continuously refine content based on feedback and performance metrics.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing, with the ability to handle end-to-end post-production workflows.
- Proficiency in Video Color Grading to ensure visual consistency and enhance overall look and feel.
- Experience creating Motion Graphics and integrating Graphics to support storytelling and branding.
- Hands-on experience with industry-standard editing and compositing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar).
- Ability to follow brand guidelines, work with storyboards, and adapt editing style to different content formats (social media, ads, explainers, etc.).
- Strong attention to detail, time-management skills, and ability to meet deadlines in a collaborative environment.
- Effective communication skills and openness to feedback and iterative improvement.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Film, Media, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
