ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Qualification

Diploma or degree in Film / Media Production, Visual Communication, or equivalent portfolio-based experience. AI video tool certifications are a strong plus.

Work Experience

1–2 years in video production, editing, and social-first content creation.

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

- Edit and produce Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, long-form YouTube videos, agency activity videos, event videos, and another digital video content.
- Capture, edit, and package school events, activities, student engagement content, testimonials, and other relevant school-based videos.
- Create AI-generated and AI-assisted video content using tools such as Runway ML, Pika Labs, HeyGen, Sora, or equivalent platforms for explainers and creative digital content.
- Develop brand-consistent video templates, intros, outros, motion graphics, lower thirds, and other recurring visual elements for Akshara School.
- Collaborate with the Digital Growth Project Lead and content team on scripts, storyboards, shot lists, and content requirements before production.
- Repurpose long-form videos into short-form cuts for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and WhatsApp status updates.
- Manage the video asset library and maintain an organized archive of raw footage, final cuts, B-roll, and brand assets.
- Optimize YouTube videos for SEO through thumbnails, titles, descriptions, chapters, captions, and appropriate metadata.
- Support the content calendar by delivering short-form and long-form video content as per agreed monthly requirements.
- Coordinate with designers and content team members on motion graphics, thumbnails, animated elements,



and other creative assets.
- Stay updated on social video trends, formats, editing styles, trending audio, and emerging AI video capabilities.
- Submit all video content through the review and approval workflow before publishing and ensure end-to-end quality assurance.

KEY TECHNICAL & FUNCTIONAL COMPETENCIES

- Adobe Premiere Pro — video editing, color grading, audio mixing, and export presets for social platforms.
- Adobe After Effects — motion graphics, kinetic typography, animation, and explainer video sequences.
- CapCut (Pro) — rapid turnaround for social-first Reels, transitions, and AI-assisted editing.
- DaVinci Resolve — color correction and Fusion/VFX compositing (advantageous).
- AI Video Tools — Runway ML, Pika Labs, HeyGen, Sora, or equivalent generative video tools.
- Adobe Audition / Audacity — audio cleanup, noise reduction, and voiceover mixing.
- AI Audio Tools — ElevenLabs, Murf, or equivalent tools for voiceovers and regional-language content.
- YouTube Studio — video metadata, SEO, chapter markers, cards, end screens, and analytics.
- Adobe Photoshop or equivalent — thumbnail creation, frame grabs, and social media visuals.
- Camera operation and basic lighting — ability to shoot school activities and testimonials using DSLR / mirrorless cameras and basic lighting equipment.
- Cloud storage and asset management — Google Drive, Frame.io, or similar video review and storage platforms.
- Understanding of aspect ratios, compression, and export standards for web, mobile, and social media platforms.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
