Growvex Digital | Full-time | On-site Jaipur

Growvex Digital – Jaipur’s performance-first D2C growth agency – is looking for one person who can do both: edit high-converting videos and design scroll-stopping static creatives.

We run Meta ads, Reels, UGC-style content and Shopify visuals for D2C brands. We need someone who can move fast, take feedback, and ship work that actually performs.

What you’ll do

- Edit Reels, Stories, UGC-style videos and Meta/YouTube ad videos (hooks, captions, cuts, music, text overlays)
- Design static ad creatives, carousels, stories, banners, product visuals and social posts
- Adapt the same concept across video + static formats
- Work directly with the performance team and iterate based on live campaign data
- Maintain brand consistency across multiple clients

Must-have

- Proven work in both video editing and graphic design (portfolio is mandatory)
- Strong command over:

Video: Premiere Pro / After Effects / CapCut Design: Photoshop, Illustrator,



Canva / Figma
- Good eye for trends, hooks, typography and what stops the scroll on Instagram & Meta
- Ability to work quick and deliver under tight agency deadlines
- Based in Jaipur (or ready to join on-site immediately)
- 1–3 years experience preferred (agency / D2C background is a plus)

Nice to have

- Motion graphics / basic After Effects animations
- Experience with AI video/image tools
- Understanding of performance ads (what actually converts)
